Policies

Shipping:

Please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Orders are shipped through USPS First-Class mail (flat rate charge $4 per order). Priority mail is available if requested (flat rate charge $8 per order). After your order is shipped you will receive an update with the tracking number for your order.

Local pick up can be arranged if you are in the Snoqualmie Valley (I am in Fall City) however, if you will be unable to schedule a pick up within a timely manner please opt for shipping. For local pick up please email me to verify a pick up time can be scheduled then enter promo code "localpickup" at checkout to avoid being charged for shipping. 

Selecting priority shipping will not effect the speed for us to process your order; however, it will speed up the process up once it arrives at the post office. 

Please be mindful of the delays that all postal services are experiencing due to Covid and holidays and allow extra time for your order to arrive.

If the package is returned to sender, or needs to be reshipped for any reason, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your order is in possession of the postal service Cactus, Fern, & Clay has no control over your order. Please double check addresses before ordering as we are unable to change your order and are not responsible if your package is delivered to the wrong location. For lost/ missing packages please follow up with your local USPS and be sure to have your tracking number handy.

 

Return Policy:

All sales are final. If your items are damaged during shipping or break soon after arrival, you will have one week from the delivery date to contact me for a replacement (when replacements are not available a refund or store credit will be issued). For issues and  replacements, please contact our shop by email no later than 7 days after delivery. In your email please give a brief description of the issue with the order and submit a photo when possible. I willl contact you to determine the solution and claims will be resolved as soon as possible. Replacement orders can be expected to be processed within 5 business days and reshipped at our expense. As a friendly reminder, please do not attempt to bend or test the flexibility of your earrings, although they are durable they should always be treated with care.
